I created this look completely! I made jacket short sleeves instead of long.. Hand sew the rhinestones on belt after making a belt with random fabric.. White shirt with a little ruffles under jacket!! Tweed & wood shorts and patten leather boots to pull the piece together!! Head band rhinestone !!
